A Bit About Maddy

It wasn’t until I was in my mid-20’s, that I realized my love for planning, hosting, decorating, organizing and bringing people together. I went to school for business and marketing and even spent some time doing project management in the corporate world, all of which helped me when I decided to take a chance on myself and start my own wedding planning venture. It’s been a great ride so far! I absolutely love helping the wonderful couples and families I meet, getting to know them as friends, and seeing them completely immersed in the excitement and beauty of their wedding day.

I take on a select number of weddings each year as I’m also a full time mom of two and feel so fortunate that I get to do what I love while being able to be there for them - life is truly beautiful when we appreciate our path, make every day count, love hard and chase our dreams to create the future that we want!

Intern

Have you ever wondered what happens behind the scene on a wedding day? Are you looking to gain some hands-on experience in the wedding or event planning industry? We are always looking for energetic and driven individuals who can assist the lead planner or coordinator on wedding days. There is room for further development and growth within the company for successful interns.

Qualifications

Works well with all personality types in a fast-paced environment
Able to adjust to changing requirements, deal with emergencies and problem solve as needed
Able to take direction and follow-through independently to complete deliverables with quick turnaround times
Must be adaptable and able to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
Experience in a client-facing environment (hospitality experience a plus)
Time-management, teamwork, punctuality and flexibility are a must
